Measuring Your Feet
Please note: I guarantee boots to fit only if I take measurements. Otherwise, I guarantee boots to fit measurements provided.
Because of slight differences in tape measures, please send the tape you use to take measurements.
When measuring, be sure to wear the same weight of socks you will wear with your boots.
How to measure your feet
While standing on a legal size file folder, have someone draw the outline of each foot, holding pencil straight up and down.
The following measurements should be taken seated with first one leg crossed, then the other. Refer to the drawings below for each measurement. Click the drawing to enlarge.
Measure at the angle around the big toe joint and little toe joint across the widest point.
Measure around the point where foot is smallest, between ball and instep.
Measure over side bone in front of the heel and just behind instep bone at top of foot.
Measure around the base of the heel and the point where the foot bends.
Measure around calf of leg at largest point.
Give measurement to top of boot and measurement around calf at that point.
Snug, medium, or loose fit.
